This is not in any way a sponsored post- I have no affiliation with Baublebar, just wanted to try them out!
I've heard only amazing things about BaubleBar from so many people (including many, many, many fashion bloggers), so I decided to give them a lil' test run and I have to say I am SO in love. I heard about their Labor Day Sale from A Lonestar State of Southern and decided to check their website and their sale out! I found their Opal Atmosphere Bib necklace (sold out, but similar here) for an amazing price (I think $20 !!) and immediately fell in love with all of the rest of their statement necklaces. I almost bought the entire website out, but restrained myself to just one amazing piece.
Because BaubleBar is located in New York City, just like me, it took absolutely no time to get to me, so my first week of classes was brightened up by this adorable little box. It looks like a plain cardboard box when you first get it, but once you open it up, you're greeted by this adorable colorful inside to cheer you up!
BaubleBar does a great job keeping all their jewelry safe until it reaches your front door, so my beautiful necklace came wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and on cardboard, looking fresh and clean!
I also love that they send a little dustbag to keep your jewels safe while you travel. I don't really travel much, but it's still super nice to have for whenever I need to transport my jewelry.
Here's what we've all been waiting for- THE PRETTIEST NECKLACE EVER. Isn't it absolutely perfect?! I absolutely love statement necklaces because they're wonderful for brightening up the simplest of outfits. I'm particularly drawn to cooler tones in necklaces for some reason I'm not sure of, but I chose this amazing blue-based necklace and I couldn't be happier with it. It's much larger than other necklaces I have, but I still think it's absolutely darling!
I ended up wearing this necklace to chapter this week just to keep my outfit brightened up after a long week! I'm also looking forward to pairing it with all the fall sweaters I can FINALLY wear! It's cooling off in the city just enough for me to break out my leggings, pants and fuzzy sweaters, so I'm very happy about the seasons changing.
