HEY ALL MY LOVELY FRIENDS: I'm all about dressing comfortably. If I could live everyday in sweatpants and loose t-shirts, every day would be the best day ever. So when I found out about The Elephant Pants, and their ambassador program, I almost lost my mind.
I absolutely LOVE elephants and they're my absolute favorite animal! So as soon as I bought my first two pairs of Elephant pants, I signed up for their ambassador program! In being an ambassador, I give my friends, family, and anyone else who wants it, 15% off their order, and I support an amazing cause. My favorite thing about The Elephant Pants is that with every pair of pants, they donate to the African Wildlife Foundation. It makes me feel like everytime I buy a pair of pants, I'm helping my little elephant babies worldwide.
The best part about them is that they're all between 10-25 dollars, which to me is ridiculously reasonable considering I wear them every single day. There are so, so, so many colors to choose from- I have four pairs and none of them are the same color, and my best friend has four pairs and we don't have any of the same pairs! All the paints are sustainably made in Thailand ( employees that help manufacture the pants are paid DOUBLE the minimum wage and the CEO & CFO of TEP recently visited the site where the pants are made, and the working conditions & environment are extremely comfortable, sustainable, and SAFE) as well and are made of 100% rayon so they're super breathable and comfy. Also, anyone can wear them- I'm currently in the process of convincing my dad to get a pair and my sister and mom already have their favorite pairs! I wear them to workout, to yoga, to sleep, and out! I've actually gotten pretty good at pairing them with "normal" clothes as opposed to sleeping shirts and sports bras and I wear them out of the house multiple times a week.
These are the four pairs I own, the names of the styles, and the story of the Elephant the pants are named for. Click on the pictures to see the pants on TEP website :)
If these pants at all spike your interest, check out the African Wildlife Foundation to find out where the donations will be going to when you buy a pair of Elephant Pants. I would also take time to check out The Elephant Pants website to find out more about the organization and see if you're interested in buying a pair of pants, or a bag, or shorts, or a tapestry. I'm currently eyeing the tapestries since I have four pairs of pants already. Currently, proceeds from buying The Elephant Pants goes to the Say No Campaign, which is aimed at stopping the demand for illegal wildlife products, specifically ivory and rhino horn. If you feel as strongly as I do about this organization and you want people to get involved, maybe apply to be an ambassador! It will help all of us get the word out about saving elephants worldwide!
If you choose to buy something from The Elephant Pants website feel free to use my discount code: mollythemollusk - It will give you 15% off your order!!
Another good thing to note is that August is Elephant Awareness Month, soooooo if you buy something from that link above, $5 of every product sold gets donated to the AWF to help prevent poaching! So that's another great thing to keep in mind! Thanks for supporting all the cute lil' elebabies worldwide, lovelies!!
(Disclaimer- I do make some commission from your orders, but it's in the form of store credit, so I can keep supporting by ele-babies.)
